The location is fantastic I could easily walk to the city center and station. Staff were all very nice and offered help with any questions about local restaurants. The breakfast had many options it was presented well. The beds were really good I slept so well it was also nice to have a bath.

Upon arrival the heating was not working. It took them two days to move me to another room. I found they had taken over £200 out of my account. The duty manager was unhelpful I found that to be a bad experience.

our standard double room felt so romantic, very spacious, and included nice amenities. the staff were always very helpful. the hotel had a perfect location near many popular spots.

the sockets on the wall did not work. the receptionist did not help much, when i checked out. i expected better service.

the room was spacious and clean. it had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring. the staff provided excellent service, promptly addressing any inquiries i had. i especially liked the strong water pressure in the shower.

I noticed that the lighting in certain areas of the room was somewhat dim. This made reading a bit challenging.

i really liked my room. i got plenty of space for my two big bags and two carry-on bags. the rooms decor looked real nice and fresh. the bed was the best part as i slept so good.

i looked on the site and saw the room service runs all day long but it does not. i got a hungry tummy past midnight and could not order no food. it.

The hotel's location was convenient. The room was large and very clean (it was like a home). All staff were very helpful . Breakfast included many options that were very well presented.

I found a short and curly hair in our bedding, not appreciated. this was a very minor issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience.
